Think about how you feel without including the analysis of your actions and then write it down and make it a common practice. You may find out your true feelings about a specific subject by doing this often. If you want to help improve your memory, think about ever detail of something that has gone on.

Identify the five senses that were present for that event to take place. In order to really benefit your thinking process you should write down something every day. Many people do so at the end of the day as a way to help them relax and unwind in the evening to help improve memory.

You need to be simply letting your brain unravel your thoughts and feelings about whatever is troubling you.
